I was originally going to wait until the pattern was ready to announce it, but it’s really hard for me to sew things and NOT post about them. What is this blog doing to me??
I’ve been working on another pattern. A variation of the Chemise and Corset Bag. My test sewers are faithfully working on it while I’m finishing up Market samples. Thank you ladies! But I just had to post about it…I couldn’t wait. 🙂 Here’s prototype C that I’ve been carrying ever since I finished her up a couple of weeks ago.
It is available for pre-order here. And now for a close-up.
I have no idea why I’m so excited about this purse! I keep reminding myself that it’s just a purse. JUST A PURSE.
There is no such thing as “just a purse.” Too cute, and I love your fabric choice.
That is much more than “just a purse.” Darling, Linda. Just darling.
LOL you crack me up. It is so cute and i can’t wait to get my hands on the pattern to make one up. Will it be ready for fall shows? Hmmm….you know, I’d need to make a sample up first. 🙂
Your excited because it’s incredible! Wow!
That’s hardly “just” a purse!!! It’s fantastic!
Great looking bag. Stylish, comfortable and perfect size and shape for usefullness! Your fabric choices complete the look. Congratulations to you. Not “just a purse” but a great accomplishment!
Gorgeous! Can you let us know what the approx dimensions are?
Thanks!
That is a stunning bag Linda! –
I think it’s adorable! If you ever need a test sewer (a newbie one, but hey, I’m learning!) I’d love to “work” for you!
You’re excited ’cause it’s so pretty and cool!
I can’t believe you said “just a purse”! lol It’s what we do – were suppose to get excited when we come up with something new. If we didn’t I think there would be something wrong – don’t you think?!
It’s a great bag and absolutely perfect for you with all those little apples on the bottom. I love the fabric combination and the different hues and print in the top portion.
So pretty!
That’s gorgeous–I love the shape, the size, the detailing. It’s just perfect.
You did a wonderful job on the design of this bag. Who knows, it may be my 1st fabric purse that I carry! TGIF! I think it’s time to get some revenge on that nap mat!
…but an AWESOME purse, nonetheless…
Oh it is GORGEOUS!! I’m glad you couldn’t keep it to yourself 😀
The fabrics are very …..you 🙂

It’s gorgeous – I really love the way it looks feminine, but not fussy.
